ELIGIBILITY: The Boost Hookt 4 the Holidays Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees, officers, directors, agents & representatives of airG USA Incorporated ("Sponsor"), Boost Mobile and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, suppliers, wholesalers, advertising & promotion agencies, Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T") & anyone connected with the production & distribution of this sweepstakes (collectively, "Released Parties") & their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband or wife, & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), & those living in the same household of any such individuals, whether or not related. Void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full & unconditional agreement to these Official Rules & the judge's decisions, which are final & binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. Between December 8, 2008, at 03:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") and January 5, 2009 at 02:59:59 pm PT ("Promotion Period"), as an Boost Mobile service subscriber, you may use your wireless handset to subscribe to the Boost Hookt Xpress Entry service. You will earn one (1) sweepstakes entry each time your subscription to this service spans one of the Drawing Periods detailed in the table below:

Important Notice Regarding this Method of Entry: You will be charged for these subscriptions in accordance with the terms described in your Boost Mobile Service Agreement.
Eligible Boost Mobile subscribers may use a WAP-capable device to complete the entry form at the following WAP URL: http://boosthookt.airg.ca All required information must be included. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per mobile phone number per Drawing Period (defined in the table above) using this method. Additional entries received from any person [or mobile phone number] beyond the first entry received from that person [or mobile phone number] during that Drawing Period will be void.
Boost Mobile subscribers who do not wish to use either methods detailed above, or any eligible person who is not a Boost Mobile subscriber may enter by visiting http://www.airg.com/hookt4theholidays and completing the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided. All required fields on the form must be completed. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person & per mobile phone number per Drawing Period (defined in the table above) using this method. Additional entries received from any person or mobile phone number beyond the first entry received from that person or mobile phone number during that Drawing Period will be void.
There will be a total of four (4) Weekly Drawing entries allowed (one (1) per Drawing Period) per person & per mobile phone number for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the entry method used. Additional entries from any one person or mobile phone number beyond the fourth entry received for that person or mobile phone number during the Promotion Period will be void. Each eligible entry received will also be included in the random drawing for the Grand Prize (detailed below). Eligible non-winning entries from any Drawing Period will not carry forward to be included in subsequent drawings (but will be included in the Grand Prize drawing detailed below). Each drawing will include entries from all three entry methods received. All entries must be received by 02:59:59PM PT on the date prior to the applicable Weekly Drawing to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means & entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become property of the Sponsor & will not be returned.
DRAWINGS: Potential Weekly Drawing winners will be selected in four (4) separate random drawings (one (1) Weekly Drawing winner per drawing) conducted on the dates listed in the Drawing Table above from among all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. The potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about January 7, 2009 from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period. All Drawings will be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail, and/or Federal Express. No winning notification messages will be left on any voicemail or answering machine. Odds of winning any Weekly Drawing will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the entire duration of the Sweepstakes. An entrant is not considered a winner of any prize unless & until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.
PRIZES: (4) Weekly Drawing Prizes (one (1) per Drawing Period): A $500 Visa Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") = $500 each). (1) Grand Prize: A $10,000 Visa Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") = $10,000). The total ARV of all prizes is $12,000. Winners will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state & local taxes associated with the acceptance & use of the prizes (if any). All prized details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) Weekly Drawing prize per household (though a Weekly Drawing winner is still eligible to win the Grand Prize). Certain terms and restrictions may apply for Visa Gift Card redemption.
GENERAL: No substitutions, transfers or cash redemptions of any prize are permitted, except by Sponsor which reserves the right to substitute a prize for a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. By entering, entrants agree: 1) to be bound by these Official Rules & that the decisions of Sponsor & judges, which will be binding & final in all respects; & 2) that Sponsor & its designees shall have the right & permission to use each winner's name, city & state of residence and/or likeness for advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose in any & all media now or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS: Potential winners will be required to execute & return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) within ten (10) days of date of issuance of prize notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules, return of prize notification/documentation as non-deliverable or Sponsor's inability to contact a potential winner within 7 days of first attempt may result in disqualification &, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner being selected for the applicable drawing. If identity of any winner is disputed based on the mobile phone number submitted, prize will be awarded to the person identified as the authorized account holder of the mobile phone at the time entry is submitted as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned the mobile phone number by wireless service provider responsible for assigning that mobile phone number. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, non-authorized human intervention, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware or software, cable, satellite, cellular tower, or Internet Service Provider (ISP); (3) bugs, virus, worms, unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes or any other causes which impair the fairness, integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes; &, in such event, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes; (4) typographical, printing, network, mechanical, electronic, technical, human or other errors or malfunctions of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or subscriptions, the announcement of the prizes or other errors in these Official Rules or in any other Sweepstakes-related materials; (5) any liability, loss, injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; or (6) lost, incomplete, late, misdirected, garbled, undelivered, incomplete, stolen, or mutilated transactions, subscriptions or entries; or garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to termination of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason Sponsor, at its sole discretion, will hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the drawing(s) at issue up to the date of termination for the prize(s) offered for the applicable drawing(s). CAUTION: Any attempt by an individual to damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal & civil laws & should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies (including attorneys' fees) from any such individual(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any & all disputes, claims & causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, & exclusively by the United States District Court for the state of Connecticut (2) any & all claims, judgments & awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, & in no event will entrant be entitled to obtain attorneys' fees or other legal costs; & (3) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, & entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental & consequential damages & any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, & any & all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues & questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation & enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights & obligations of the entrant & Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, & construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Connecticut or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Connecticut.
